Meet Your Team
Crew Leaders

Judd Porter
'Juddy' - National
The leader of 'Team Pink', Juddy's history as the leading behavioural coach at Wangaratta District Specialist School elevated his skills in supporting some of the region's most complex young people and their families.
He has a pedigree in craft brew and really knows a thing or ten about his ales. Unfortunately he likes to pair them with salt and vinegar chips, and we're not really quite sure what's going on there.
A dad with three beautiful daughters, he's bravely started surprising them with 'yes' days, which have resulted in more than a few regrets so far.

Chris Harvison
'Harvo' - National
The leader of 'Team Blue', Harvo's known for his long standing role as principal at Wangaratta District Specialist School, successfully supporting and advocating for people with diverse needs throughout our local area.
A maestro in the kitchen, his 'Vampire Beware' salami is the stuff of legend and very much in demand by those who've been lucky enough to score a bite or three.
In his down time he loves a blisteringly hot sauna, beating Juddy in a solid round of golf, and cracking open a sneaky spiced rum by a roaring weekend fire.

Katherine Savidis
'Kat' - National
Kat's our totally brilliant Clinical Supervisor and, in addition to ensuring we're all at the top of our game, quite honestly writes the most detailed clinical notes we've ever seen.

She's a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), while also holding a Bachelor of Psychology and a Masters of Special Education to boot, and has been leading Behaviour Support teams in senior management positions since 2013.

Partial to a banana smoothie, her favourite pastime is to give our IT Guy regular heart attacks by dreaming up incredible new tools to improve our ongoing services.

Tessa Ernst
'T.E' - National
Tessa leads our Operations crew with an inspiring mix of precision and positivity, tackling an absolute mountain of admin and compliance while making sure that everyone is looked after with equal awesomeness.

While she's an operational powerhouse on the clock, in her personal time she’s all about balance - keeping healthy with pilates, indulging in coffee breaks, and scoping out the best pooches to pat - all while being a total Supermum!
Though passionate about healthy living, Tessa’s (true!) love for cake and cookies keeps her life sweet. (And ours when we benefit from her home-baked goodies - YUM!)
Victorian Crew

Chloe Sloan
'Pockets' - Wangaratta
'Pockets Sloan' is our resident gangster behaviour practitioner, holding a Bachelor of Psychological Science with a huge list of distinctions including: Addiction, Child & Adolescent Development, Social Psychology, Health Behaviour, and Human Behaviour.
Her professional history includes supporting people with Autism with early intervention programs, and she's also on a personal mission to fix the wierd lack of pockets present in women's clothing everywhere.

She's a big fan of "anything green," indoor plants (mostly green when watered), and sashimi - hopefully not green!

Jesse McAliece
'JMac' - Wangaratta
JMac's a recent psychological science graduate who was working in sleep analysis before we nabbed her as a superstar Unicorn recruit.

She's had a passion for allied health since adolescence and is absolutely blowing us away with her commitment to providing quality support.
Her favourite foods include home-cooked lasange, a solid packet of Twisties, and Hawaiian pizza topped with olives. (Whyyy?!).
Thankfully, she used to be a barista and so makes up for it by brewing us killer coffee.

Maddison Anderson
'Maddie' - Wodonga
Once Maddie realised that her Bachelor Forensic Science meant a career for people with a cast-iron stomach, she very wisely chose a Bachelor in Psychology instead!

She's been working in disability support for over 3 years now and is loving every minute.

Maddie's a diehard ice cream connoisseur, and while she's a recent mum to a furless kiddie, her first child is actually a sass-queen Border Collie named Maisy.

(Did we mention she's also certified in Hypnotherapy? For some reason we're really, really craving Ben and Jerry's.)

Cathleen McGrath
'Cath' - Wodonga
Aided by her extensive degree in Health and Medical Science, Cath started her career at a national not-for-profit where she provided person-centred and evidence-based behavioural support planning.
When she's off duty, Cath enjoys endlessly tidying up after her family (we suspect otherwise), taking care of her neurotic rescue dog - Scratch, and making sure that Bob, her kids' 8 year-old-goldfish, doesn't go to the great fishbowl in the sky.

While she tells us she's a massive fan of coffee, we reckon she'll be up for something stronger given the right circumstances!

Courtney Shiels
'Courta' - Wangaratta
Courta combines her extensive qualifications in Psychology and Primary Education with a gentle and compassionate approach to her work. She has a humongous list of licences and certifications, and was also previously a Case Manager for homeless youth.
When we asked her about downtime, we got this EXACT response: "😂 - N/A!"

Apparently pre-kids, it used to be sewing or a good movie. Now, it’s keeping up with family (and loving it), enjoying great food (pizza, banh mi, sushi... the list was LONG), and spending time with her very smoochy furbaby, Freddie Puuurrrcury.

Cassandra Hines
'Cass' - Wangaratta
Previously the Inclusion Leader at Yarrunga Primary School, Cass' has been working with care teams, staff and students in behavioural support and wellbeing since 2018.

A fully qualified teacher, she also has a strong history of being brilliant with application documentation (including funding applications) and even has an extra Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics tucked away for specialist needs.

While Cass'll be after the hot choccy during our coffee runs, apparently 'anything tastes good after 5', so we're up for the challenge of finding her favourite knock-off drinks!

Katrina Rea
'Colesy' - Wangaratta
Colesy's spent nearly 20 years supporting children and families, operating across both specialist and mainstream schools.

She packs a LOT into her toolbox with a Bachelor of Health Science (Distinction), a post-grad in Education (Physical Education, Health and Psychology), and background in Children with Down Syndrome readiness for school environments.
In her personal time Colesy enjoys netball, yoga, and bushwalking. She’s always up for a good book, a shopping trip, or a beach getaway with her family, and is known for spontaneous lounge-room dance parties.

Allie Rainey
'Al' - Wangaratta
Allie kicked off her academic career with a Bachelors of Education (P-12 and Secondary Math) but switched to a Bachelor of Psychological Science to support her true calling. Her sights are firmly set on attaining her Masters in Psychology next, exploring developmental and educational psychology.

She’s particularly passionate about helping young people find success beyond school as it's not always a good fit for everyone.

Allie thrives on the roar of a V8 - especially that of her Chevy pickup. She’s always up for tacos, anything drowned in gravy, and has made it her life mission to own a mini donkey.

Madeleine Geraghty
'Maddie G' - Wangaratta
With her Bachelor of Education and qualifications in Behaviour Analysis, Maddie has worked across therapy, client services, and support planning for the past 6 years.

She has provided direct care, developed behaviour support plans, and trained teams to implement positive strategies.
Recently moved, she's freshly settled in Wang and totally loving it, enjoying trail running, hiking, and frequent trips to the local.
She’s also growing a veggie garden, is far too invested in The Real Housewives, and is preparing for a new golden retriever puppy.
Queensland Crew

Bridie Bromley
'B.B' - Cairns
BB's taught in the special education field for the past 8 years and has recently relocated to Queensland to work with us up north.
She's worked alongside individuals with a wide range of needs and complex behaviours, and has a particular passion for supporting families in the Early Intervention sector.
Now she's based in Cairns, her new favourite thing to do is send us pics of the tropical paradise she lives in while we're all freezing our essentials off as winter has a great time ripping through Victoria.
We hope she gets (a little bit of) sunburn.

Jason Tom
'Jase' - Cairns
Originally an Investigator with the Victorian Police for over 11 years, solving challenging situations is second nature for Jase.

Having a passion for disengaged indigenous youth, he regularly supports complex participants in the law enforcement system, and uses his skills as an AFL Level 2 Accredited Coach to reach difficult cases in remote communities.

Jase recently undertook a Bachelor in Psychological Science, and is our second awesome Unicorn up in sunny Cairns.

(Like Bridie, we hope he also gets sunburn.)

Kristy Thompson
'K.T' - Sunshine Coast
KT's a registered teacher and behaviour analyst with an absolute swag of qualifications at her fingertips, including a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis and Autism Studies.
She's currently pursuing her goal of becoming a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), and was recently the Director of a large Early Learning Centre supporting children with Autism.
In her spare time, KT is full on water baby and social butterfly, combining both in frequent trips to the beach with her much loved family, friends, and furchild - Ruby.

Alexandra Mason
'Ally' - Sunshine Coast
Ally teams a super-strong administrative history in Queensland Health with her Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) to follow her passion of helping people with disabilities live their very best lives.
She's a Crossfit nut, a reader of large books, and loves spending quality time with both her lovely daughter and barky little chihuahua fluffball - Sunny.
Despite a very successful health and fitness focus, Ally's favourite foods include chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate... with a little side of extra chocolate thrown in for good measure. (Yes please!)

Lewis George
'Lewy' - Cairns
With his Bachelor of Psychological Science and Master of Teaching degrees, Lewy has taught across Australia and New Zealand, supporting students in health, physical education, and behavioural development.
Passionate about helping others, he focusses on fostering environments that promote health and personal growth.
He enjoys footy, camping, and swimming - or catching up on much-needed sleep.
While he’ll never turn down a pizza, he insists that water is the ultimate beverage... but we just think he's trying to offset all the cheese!

Benjamin Nolan
'Nolzy' - Albury
Backed by his Bachelor in Psychology with a Co-Major in Criminology and Minor in Sociology, Nolzy brings a keen mind and calm approach to understanding people. He’s all about delivering the right support pathways for complex cases and environments.

When he’s not working, you’ll find him cooking up a storm, hitting the golf course (with varying levels of enthusiasm - he's... not very good), or heading off on a camping trip with his mates.
His English cocker spaniel, Aggy, also keeps him on his toes - especially when there’s homemade spag bol on the menu!

Ebony Dezius
'Ebs' - Port Macquarie
Ebs has undertaken a Bachelor of Psychology, is a registered Psychologist, has recently completed her Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), and is now also a freshly minted Certified Behaviour Analyst.

She's a super strong advocate for the reduction of restrictive practices, and for people with disabilities to have autonomy towards improving their lives.

Her favourite noms include vegetarian burritos, and she also has the C.U.T.E.S.T ragdoll cat you will ever, ever meet.
(His royal fluffybuttness is named 'Vali'.)

Madeline Walsh
'Mads' - Sydney
With over 6 years of delivering behaviour therapy across Australia, the UK, and Sri Lanka, Mads is passionate about advocacy, early intervention, and empowering people.
In addition to her Bachelor of Psychological Science, she's also set to complete her Masters in ABA by the end of this year.
When she’s not working, Mads is beach-bound, cheering on her beloved West Tigers, or just tending to her indoor jungle.
She’s also on a mission to find Sydney’s best chicken schnitty - closely monitored by her pet goldfish, Winston Perchill & Fin Diesel.

Marae Svinos
'Rae Rae' - Sydney
Hefting a swag of degrees including a Bachelor in Psychology, and both a Graduate Diploma AND a Masters in ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis), Rae Rae loves supporting others, whether it’s through reducing restrictive practices, advocacy, or just helping people find balance.
She's worked across disability, mental health, and forensic settings, specialising in behaviour support and intervention planning.

She's a dedicated beach bum, devoted dog sitter, and firmly believes hot chips w/chicken salt & gravy is an unbeatable meal. (Bonus points if a Macca's Coke Zero is involved!)

Katherine Dadd
'Kate' - Kempsey
With her Bachelor in Education (First Class Honours), a Masters in ABA, and years in specialist education, Kate is dedicated to helping young people gain independence and lead fulfilling lives.
She’s worked as a teacher, assistant principal, and therapy assistant, always focused on building supportive environments.

Outside work, she loves being in nature, practicing yoga, and staying fit with kickboxing. Her American Staffy and backyard chickens keep her busy - but there’s always time for Thai street food, Mexican feasts, and a sweet baked treat on the side!
